I've worked on various research & strategy projects at TEAGUE and eventually became a designer who bridges the gap between the front-end product development to final product execution.

EXAMPLEs OF RESEARCH & STRATEGY WORKS

Fly along research part 1 (asia) 

(Aircraft galley product development research trip) Purpose was to observe and interview flight attendants and their behavior around galley usage during flight and find business opportunities for improvement on current products and new product opportunities.

Taking 8 flights in 7 days (Seattle - Seoul, Korea - Hong Kong - Chiang mai, Thailand - Hong Kong - Zhengzou, China - Hong Kong - Seattle)

In-flight research & observation.

 

Fly along research part 2 (Around the world) 

(Airport and passenger observation & intercept interviews) Purpose was to visit and observe airports around the world and gather insights on passenger behavior at airports. Another part was forecasting how technology is transforming traveling behavior and how connectivity could benefit future traveling experience.

Taking 5 flights in 7 days (Seattle - SF - Singapore - London - LA - Seattle)

Airport on-site research, observation and passenger intercept interviews.

 

USER TESTING RESEARCH & SYNTHESIZE 

Purpose was to conduct a user testing research on medical product development and gain insights for further product refinement.

 

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY & ROADMAP 

Purpose was to do secondary research, trend analysis, and technical reports on connectivity on the air. We created a business opportunities to fit into our client's portfolio and recommended a future roadmap on product development.
